Is There Arsenic in our Apple Juice?

There has been a big debate of late about Arsenic in our apple juice.
Even the popular Dr. Oz on the Dr. Oz Show has demonstrated some really good and scary examples I have included below to prove some of this Arsenic claim.
Of course, the FDA is ALWAYS going to say that its ok or the levels are safe but what really matters is YOU and what you are putting into your body and especially your kids and pets.

Not to veer off the subject but lets just stick with Arsenic in our Apple Juice for now.
Apple Concentrate is frequently used as an alternative to refined sugar. Apple juice is used to sweeten candy, cereals, snack bars and several other things. Notwithstanding, its ubiquitous in our nations kitchens, most apple juice isn’t all-American made.
In just 1 case of juice, there can be apple concentrate from up to 7 different countries. While this dangerous chemical has been banned in the United States for decades, it is not always regulated and governed in other countries where it perhaps may be in the water supply or used in pesticides contaminating the juice you are giving to your kids.
The Environmental Protection Agency has a limit on this in drinking water – the level permitted is ten parts per billion. Presently, there’s no limit on this in apple juice. The Dr. Oz Show tested 3 dozen samplings from 5 different brands of apple juice across 3 different US cities, and equated the levels to the criterion for water.
Of these, ten samples returned with a higher amount of an arsenic limit allowed for in drinking water.
Note: Lab results standard deviation is +/- 20%
